• Run water at all faucets while checking for under counter leaks etc. keeping seals from becoming dry and cracking.
• Air Conditioning temperature checks.
• Checking outside irrigation, and landscaping care(working with either the HOA or your Gardener).
• Pool Condition ( in summer pool technicians can let your pool turn green if nobody is holding them accountable)
• Pick up and flyers, newspapers and mail (keeping the home looking kept and occupied.)
• Appliance and Equipment Checks, Golf Cart and Automobile Battery Maintenance. (Water in Batteries evaporates quickly in the Desert).
• Cleaning Service, Handyman Services. (We have relationships and work with cleaners and Home Service Experts)
• Vacation Rental and Home Owner Arrival Preparation
• Full Concierge Service is available, ie. Shopping running errands, airport rides etc.
